Hello,

I am beginner in Spartan 3A DSP Video Starter Kit. I wish to implement an algorithm which takes Composite Video input at 640x480@25Hz (PAL720) and outputs DVI as 640x480@120FPS. Please guide how to configure CCH7301C DVI Transmitter Device to output lower resolution (preferably 640 by 480) at 120 frames per second. Also guide how to take composite video input at 25Hz from FMCs.
